He's Minister of Magic now and before that headed the Department of International Magical Cooperation. He's also always been apart of that Wizengamot - since he's real big on the whole Wizard Law thing.

I could be wrong, but as long as you have less than three characters you should be allowed to register the character without problem. If you post the name of your new character here then you should be good!

For that you could either post here with the name you would like to switch it to (and maybe why) or you could send a pm to an administrator (Velimir or Snape), which would likewise include the name you would like to have and why you would like it switched! (Although I don't think it should be much of a problem)

Sure, Maritha. If you have under 3 characters currently and are not asking for some weird exception to the rules or a canon character, you don't have to ask. Though, it is nice if you post and let us know to associate your account with the other accounts so we know who is playing who.
